Medical Fees Without Japanese Insurance
Foreign patients who do not have Japanese health insurance status will be charged at the medical fee rate of “30 yen per point plus consumption tax.
Please be sure to bring the following items ① and ② as we will check them when you visit the clinic.
①Photo identification (passport or residence card)
②Health insurance card (valid social insurance or national health insurance in Japan)
If you have travel insurance (available at the time of consultation), please make sure to inform us.
If you have difficulty speaking Japanese, please have a medical interpreter accompany you.

Rules of Visitation | To protect our patients and staff, please adhere to the following guidelines Visiting Hours From 13:00 to 18:00. However, depending on the patient’s condition, the doctor may allow visits outside of these hours. Visiting Conditions Visitors are required to fill in their name, body temperature, and visiting hours (start and end time) on a visiting card at the ward where the patient is admitted. Child Visits Visits by children under the age of 15 are generally prohibited. Visit Adjustments Depending on the health condition of the visitor, the condition of the patient, and the infection status of the ward, we may refuse visits on the day. Also, we ask that those who have developed or been in contact with any infectious disease within a week refrain from visiting. On the Day of the Visit Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever (37.5 degrees or higher, or more than 1 degree above normal body temperature), are feeling unwell, have cold symptoms, diarrhea, rash, etc. Wearing a Mask Visitors must wear a surgical mask. Cloth and urethane masks are not allowed. Hand Washing and Hand Sanitization Visitors are asked to cooperate with hand washing and hand sanitization. Restrictions on Eating and Drinking Both patients and visitors are asked to refrain from eating and drinking during the visit. Visiting Location Please visit at the location designated by the hospital. Number of Visitors As a rule, up to two people per group. Duration of Each Visit Within 30 minutes. However, depending on the patient’s condition, the doctor may allow visits to be longer. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure the safety of both patients and staff. |
